Pizza Party Official Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
This sweepstakes is being conducted by Pizza Boli’s. It will begin on January 3, 2012 and end on February 3, 2012. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
1. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is required to enter or win. To enter the sweepstakes, contestants may go to Pizza Boli’s website at http://www.pizzabolis.com or Pizza Boli’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pizzabolis and click “enter here.” They will be redirected to an “entry form” which must be completed and submitted to successfully enter the sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older.
3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
One winner will be selected every Friday at 1 PM from January 6, 2012 to February 3, 2012 by using a random number generator. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone or email at time of drawing. The winner's first name and last initial will be posted on Pizza Boli’s website and Facebook page the following Monday.
4. PRIZES
Each week 1 person will be selected to win a Pizza Party for up to 20 people. The amount of food provided will be based on the number of people the winner chooses to attend his or her Pizza Party. The food provided will include pizza, subs, chicken wings, “western French fries,” soda, chips, and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
For illustrative purposes, a Pizza Party for 20 will include: (10) pizzas, (10) subs, (120) chicken wings, (1) pan of “western french fries”, (6) 2-liters of soda, (20) bags of chips, (5) containers of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. A Pizza Party for 2 will include: (1) pizza, (1) sub, (12) chicken wings, (1) order of “western french fries”, (1) 2-liter soda (2) bags of chips, and (1) container of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. Pizza Boli’s reserves the right to substitute specific items for items of similar value.
The food for the Pizza Party will be delivered to the winner’s home by Pizza Boli’s on February 5, 2012 . If a contestant is selected who lives outside Pizza Boli’s delivery range, Pizza Boli’s may, in its sole discretion, opt to award that contestant the cash equivalent of the Pizza Party prize, which will be $250.
The approximate retail value of each prize offered is $250. All prizes are nontransferable and are not redeemable for cash. Exchange or substitution of prize(s) is not allowed except at the sole discretion of Pizza Boli’s.
5. PRIVACY DISCLOSURE
Sweepstakes entrants are supplying personally identifying information, including their name and email address, to Pizza Boli’s by entering the Sweepstakes. Participation in this sweepstakes is completely voluntary, and the entrant therefore has a choice whether to disclose his or her information. Sweepstakes entrants’ e-mail addresses will be used only for the purposes of communicating about this sweepstakes unless the entrant requests to receive promotional e-mail from Pizza Boli’s. By entering the sweepstakes, the contestant gives Pizza Boli’s the right to post the winner’s first name and last initial on the Pizza Boli’s website and Facebook page.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pizza Boli’s reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any sweepstakes not capable of completion as planned.
By entering the sweepstakes, each sweepstakes entrant assumes and agrees to be solely responsible for all liabilities and costs arising out of his/her participation in the sweepstakes and releases Pizza Boli’s and its directors, employees, and subcontractors from the same. Income and other taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the winner. Pizza Boli’s is not liable for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected sweepstakes entries of any kind.
7. CONSTRUCTION
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrants and Pizza Boli’s, shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Maryland. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provisions were not contained therein.
